Creative Director

Maca, "La Ministra", is a visionary with more than 10 years of experience in strategic leadership, marketing and artistic production. She specializes in developing creative and personalized solutions that connect with the needs of each client, promoting brands and creating unique experiences. Her approach integrates innovation, sustainability, social responsibility and workplace well-being, with a transformative and resolute vision, she creates and leads projects that connect art, culture and professional development in a collaborative, dynamic and friendly work context.

Ignacio Luengo Salinas

Artistic Director

Known as "El Raku", he is a psychologist specializing in mindfulness, a musician and a visual artist with more than 15 years of experience in the creative industries. He has developed an outstanding career participating in projects that include audiovisual productions, photography and the creation of digital and printed content. His work has been part of festivals and disseminated in the media both nationally and internationally, consolidating himself as a reference at the intersection between art, creativity and well-being.
