The core team is made up of Founder and Artistic Director Ignacio Luengo, a psychologist, musician, and visual artist with 15 years of experience; and Creative Director Maca Clunes, with more than 10 years of experience leading projects that integrate innovation, sustainability, and workplace well-being.
